• Research and write news reports, business features, interviews, and other editorial content.

• Monitor economic, regulatory, corporate, and market developments in Cambodia.

• Review and report on official policies, announcements, reports, and data from government institutions and other authoritative sources.

• Conduct interviews with business owners, executives, economists, investors, government representatives, industry associations, and other relevant sources.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with reliable business and economic sources.

• Conduct interviews and reporting in Khmer and produce accurate English-language content, or translate between Khmer and English as required.

• Verify facts, figures, quotations, and sources before publication.

• Attend press conferences, business forums, trade events, company announcements, and site visits in Phnom Penh and other provinces when required.

• Publish and update content through the Content Management System (CMS), applying basic SEO, formatting, hyperlinks, and appropriate images.

• Work with editors to revise and improve content before publication.

• Cambodian nationality.

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Media, English, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years’ experience in journalism, reporting and content writing.

• Strong written and spoken English and native-level Khmer.

• Computer skills Microsoft office, Video and photographic.

• Basic knowledge of digital publishing, social media, and web content management.

• Ability to meet editorial deadlines and follow established reporting standards.

• Ability to conduct interviews, research information, and communicate findings clearly and accurately.

• Basic understanding of Cambodia’s business and economic environment.

• 3 to 6 months (with the possibility of extension or permanent role based on performance).
