Developing better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improving crop yield, and solving problems for clients. Assist in field scouting, crop monitoring, and data collection. Researching and promoting agricultural strategies to counter the effects of changes in soil, climate, weather, and pest damage. Coordinate with farm teams to implement best agricultural practices. Visiting fields to collect seed, plant, and soil samples. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities.

Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections. Replace defective parts and components. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Keep maintenance records and reports. Follow workplace safety procedures. Support emergency repair work when needed.
