Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (A.R.D.B.) is a state-owned bank established by the Royal Government of Cambodia in order to support the implementation of the government's national economic development policy in the agricultural sector through financing to farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and related stakeholders, connecting agricultural value chain actors, and providing full banking services with efficiency and sustainability to raise the capability of the agricultural value chain in adding value, processing, and supplying both local and foreign markets, as well as creating jobs and increasing incomes that stimulate socio-economic development.

Manage, maintain, and administer End of Day (EOD), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) processes on the core banking system. Ensure EOD, EOM, and EOY processes are executed smoothly, and systems are ready for the next business day. Monitor and assign issues via the Helpdesk system, coordinating with respective teams and providing on-site support to users if needed. Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting all EOD-related issues, escalating when necessary.▪ Understand and execute EOD, EOM, and EOY checklists, procedures, and guidelines. Install, configure, and troubleshoot core banking application prerequisites. Resolve EOD, EOM, and EOY issues and notify the appropriate teams. Maintain and track all core banking system (CBS) issues, following up with the respective support team. Extract data for the Business (Biz) Team as requested. Learn, support, and coordinate with users during issue simulations. Update and report issue statuses to the supervisor.
