Responsible for analysis and identification of issues/opportunities relating to the Human Resources field. Manages the overall functions of Human Resources services; recruitment, remuneration and employee relations/engagement. Monitoring recruitment process in sourcing Talent, shortlisting, conducting interview by coordinating with concerned section head and counseling managers/management upon candidate selection Updating past and current employment information, training and transfer records of all employees. Maintains employee benefits programs and providing clarification to employee for clear understanding. Perform weekly, monthly KPI’s report to align with company requirement Involves the performance evaluating of security services in operation workplaces. Monitor the expiration and processing the extension of all related company licenses. Complies with government requirements, advising management on needed actions Responsible to handle various risks related with human resources and environment, coordinate with other department head.
