A Procurement Officer in real estate is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the purchase of goods and services needed for property development, management, and operations. Their role directly impacts project cost, quality, and timelines. - Identify and source suppliers of goods and services - Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, timeline, credit term, etc. - Liaise with suppliers and project managers/site engineers regarding specification and details of goods - Create purchase orders and tally these with purchase requests and orders - Analyze invoices and delivery notes to ensure accuracy of goods delivered compared to purchase order - Update procurement checklist and follow up supplier for incomplete delivery. - Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Admin & Customer Service Officer, with some flexibility for remote work. Based in Pou Sen Chey, the role involves managing sales administration tasks, supporting customer interactions, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position will also include maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
