Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across all branches Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law and internal policies Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports Design and implement structured training programs for all positions (service, kitchen, management) Conduct onboarding training for new hires Lead training on customer service, communication, upselling, and company SOPs Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs Develop career paths and succession planning for key roles Develop and manage KPI systems for all levels of staff Conduct performance appraisals and support managers in evaluation processes Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions Support branch managers/supervisors in improving team productivity and service quality Promote company values and a positive workplace culture Develop employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies Address employee feedback and improve satisfaction levels Organize internal events, recognition programs, and team-building activities Work closely with Operations to ensure proper staffing and scheduling Support cost control initiatives related to labor (overtime, headcount planning) Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and service standards across branches Conduct regular branch visits and audits Proactive and hands-on approach Strong organizational and multitasking ability Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Passion for people development and service excellence Other tasks provided by managements
