Act as the main contact point for patients, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly. Collect and verify the patient’s demographics, medical history, and chief complaints. Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure continuity of care by tracking patient progress and providing reminders. Protect patient confidentiality in line with hospital policy.

Prepare, submit, and monitor insurance claims in compliance with insurer requirements. Track pending or denied claims, coordinate with insurers for resolution, and escalate issues when necessary. Assist patients and their families in understanding hospital insurance processes. Provide advice on documentation needed for insurance claims. Maintain accurate patient insurance records and claim documentation. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance agreements, and Cambodian healthcare regulations.
Welcome and guide patients and families during inpatient admission. Verify and record patient information accurately in the hospital system. Ensure completion of admission forms, consent forms, and insurance/payment arrangements. Serve as the primary contact for admitted patients and their families regarding non-medical inquiries. Support patients in room allocation, facility requests, and service needs. Coordinate with nursing, medical, billing, housekeeping, and other departments to resolve patient needs. Handle patient or family concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor. Support hospital initiatives to improve patient satisfaction in IPD.

Greet and assist patients upon arrival at the Emergency Room. Accurately register patient information, verify documents, and ensure insurance or payment arrangements are completed. Provide patients with admission guidance and hospital policies. Coordinate communication between patients and the medical team for optimal understanding. Manage the allocation and transfer of admitted ER patients in collaboration with nursing and inpatient ward teams. Provide compassionate, patient-centered service during stressful emergency situations. Maintain confidentiality of patient data at all times. Assist in managing patient flow to reduce waiting time and ensure ER efficiency
Provides care and support to patients (Maternity check-ups, Assist in delivery, Postpartum care, Neonatal care, Breastfeeding care, Maternity class, home visit postpartum care, etc.). Provides information, emotional support, and reassurance to women and their families. Takes patient samples, pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures. Performs other tasks assigned by Director/Manager.

Be able to do maintenance of the air-conditioning system (VRF HVAC). Be able to repair the motor, electrical problem. Be able to understanding of medical devices or medical equipment ensure all medical devices meet healthcare regulations and standards. Manage projects related to medical device development and implementation. Makes plans and assures problem-solving with maintenance staff. Solves all occurring problems in the hospital during operation time. Checks and inspects the equipment running time to determine the preventive maintenance plan. Supervises maintenance staff for preventive maintenance as scheduled. Responds immediately to emergency situations, equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, and electrical and mechanical problems. Studies operation manuals and investigates failure from troubleshooting. Performs other jobs which will be assigned from time to time. Makes daily reports to supervisor for data check sheet. Performs other tasks assigned by manager and/or general manager.
