A. Account Management Manage and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade partners (supermarkets, convenience stores, key accounts). Negotiate listings, visibility, and trade terms within company guidelines. Ensure timely execution of promotions and in-store activities. Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment collections. B. Sales Execution Drive sales volume, revenue, and market share within assigned MT channels. Ensure product availability, correct pricing, shelf display, and planogram compliance. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the MT Manager. C. Store Visits & Operations Conduct regular store visits to check stock availability, expired goods, and merchandising. Coordinate with merchandising team to improve visibility and execution quality. Solve operational issues between stores and internal teams. D. Reporting & Data Monitoring Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for MT channels. (Sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, promotions, competitor updates). Monitor performance vs. target and propose action plans for improvement. Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Maintain accurate account information and visit records. E. Coordination Work closely with Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations. Support cross-functional activities and campaigns.
