• Vessel and Fleet Management: Oversee daily vessel operations, including scheduling, bunkering (fuel procurement), and coordinating with ship masters to ensure on-time arrivals and departures. • Port and Terminal Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with port authorities, stevedores, and terminal operators to minimize port stay duration and optimize cargo handling. • Cost Optimization: Monitor and control operational budgets, focusing on the reduction of port disbursements, fuel consumption, and canal tolls. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all vessels comply with international maritime laws and local environmental regulations. • Crisis Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for operational emergencies, including technical breakdowns, weather delays, or maritime security issues. • Logistics and Equipment Control: Manage container inventory and equipment flow to prevent imbalances and ensure empty units are positioned where needed most.

• Assist Stock Manager in inventory planning & control • Monitor stock level, aging, slow-moving & obsolete items • Review stock accuracy KPI and improvement plans • Analyze variance, damage trend • Approve and monitor adjustment, return, and disposal • Coordinate stock activities across multiple warehouses • Lead annual stock take and audit preparation • Improve SOP, KPI, and reporting system • Coach & evaluate Stock Supervisors and Officers • Act as Stock Manager when manager is absent
• Assisting with daily warehouse arrangement • Assist the stock in counting the plywood through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and documentation. • Assigning tasks to warehouse personnel, assisting with training, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. • Updating warehouse systems with accurate data on materials, finished goods, and packaging. • Assist in recruiting the manpower in the warehouse • Keep all the personal files for the warehouse ( drivers, workers, warehouse staff and cleaners)
• Conduct the Needs Assessment by communicating with department managers to identify skill gaps and determine specific training needs. • Develop annual training: Create, update, and tailor effective training programs, and instructional materials. • Develop the training schedule throughout the year • Develop the session plan for facilitating the sessions with the various learning styles. • Conduct the training evaluation to find out the effectiveness of training initiatives and monitor employee progress. • Manage training budgets, book venues, and maintain accurate attendance and performance records. • Contact the external training institute the conduct the inside training.
