Checking All necessary supporting documents before posting to GL account code Posting all purchase invoices and sale invoices to the Accounting system Make sure all invoices are posted on time Make sure monthly accrual payment are posting Prepare OR and Payment voucher Analyze accounts receivable to ensure minimum exposure due to doubtful debts. Make sure payment to the supplier on time Assist supervisor in doing weekly and Monthly cash and bank reconcile Assisting in checking costing and item's price to previous purchase to minimize costing Assist supervisor with ad hoc report Assist in any other accounting activity required or delegated by the superior.

To plan, supervise, and coordinate subordinates in the preparation and review of GL accounts and reconciliation. Do Weekly bank and cash reconciliation Knowledge and understanding of the financial report Training, development, and motivating accounting staff into professional accounting personnel. Control AR and AP staff to make sure record on time and accuracy Initiate actions/plans to safeguard company assets through risk analysis, machine analysis, and financial analysis. Prepare all accounting statements and reports, e.g., monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheet. Assist the Manager in producing financial reports and management reports as needed. Control Fixed Asset Listing, Fixed Asset physical count, and depreciation. Assign Staff for Stock count and Do Stock listing Study financial procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for improvement. Assist in any other accounting activity required or delegated by the supervisor.

Prepare and develop strategic, long term and annual audit work plan according to existing risk profiles. Create or update internal audit manuals Conduct field work according to work plans with department staff. Provide technical and administrative supports to board audit committee as needed Cooperate with external auditors, banks supervisors, and other external assessors and evaluator when required. Provide internal audit reports management and the audit committee. Direct the overall performance of audit procedures, and defining issues, Developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedure Direct the audit staff in the identification, development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations Communicate the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management and the Board of Directors practices, and documentation Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation Maintain internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures Other tasks assigned by management.
