Introduce new products of KB PRASAC Bank to potential clients and target clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean individual and corporate clients. Act as the primary contact point for Korean-speaking clients, providing advice on banking products and services. Sell out banking services and other products both indoor and outdoor for High-net-worth clients. Identify new business opportunities within the Korean community and corporate sector (corporate owners, expatriates, investors). Organize networking events, seminars, and promotional campaigns targeting Korean clients. Promote tailored products (e.g., KRW-linked accounts, trade finance, remittances) suited for clients. Liaise with the bank’s international branches, especially those in Korea, to facilitate transactions and information sharing. Assist in organizing documents or forms for potential clients who intend to use the banking services of KB PRASAC Bank. Support Korean clients with regulatory, compliance, and documentary requirements. Assist with any activities to be held in public. Monitor the Korean business environment in Cambodia. Provide insights to management on market trends, competition, and client needs. Ensure all transactions comply with local and Korean regulatory requirements. Coordinate with the Banking Service Team to ensure all customer information and documents are complete and accurate. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Enhance core banking system using oracle Flexcube development workbench. Support and provide Oracle Flexcube Core Banking APIs and Web Services development. Working with Vendor to build new function/feature to solve the business requirement. Administrate existing webservice & APIs and troubleshot. Support with system integration or third-party system ATM, POS, VISA, Mobile banking, corporate internet banking, Loan Support, Merchant, AML …. Ensure all services with high security and high availability. Participate in project implementation assigned by Manager. Strengthen system internal control, checklist, regulator. Develop and manage APIs (both local and public) for seamless integration of digital banking services with internal systems and third-party parties. Configure and manage API gateways (both local and public) to enable controlled and secure access to APIs. Assess new technologies and define new infrastructure requirement Maintain proper coding practices and documentation, even under deadlines. Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language. Perform system testing, implementation and modification. Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure, efficient and up to date. Work closely with related team, including third-party vendors, partners, and clients, to ensure smooth API integration and compatibility. Daily work with all regions & branches to push & follow up on the productivity & performances of SME/Commercial loans. Closely follow up with branches to assess and timely submit credit review & loan extension. Conduct branch visits to support the loan assessment & also marketing activities to improve the KPI performances of SME/Commercial loans. Ensure SME/Commercial loans are of good quality at all regions & branches. Explore & coordinate to make good relationships with SME business associations for SME business referral purposes. Coordinate with credit analysis to speed up the SME/Commercial loan approval process. Timely report the performances of SME/Commercial loans to management. Guide all branch networks to daily improve the pipelines of SME/Commercial loan customers. Perform other tasks as required by management.
