Key Responsibilities Review and verify loan application documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Prepare loan agreements and other credit-related documentation prior to loan disbursement. Ensure all loan approval conditions are fulfilled before processing disbursements. Coordinate with Finance, and other departments to facilitate timely loan processing. Process loan disbursements and maintain accurate loan records in the core banking or loan management system. Safeguard and maintain customer credit files and ensure proper documentation and filing. Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with relevant staff to ensure compliance. Support collateral documentation, registration, and release processes in accordance with company procedures. Generate periodic reports on loan processing, documentation status, and credit administration activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, lending policies, regulatory requirements, and audit recommendations. Assist internal and external auditors by providing required loan documentation and records. Handle customer inquiries related to loan documentation and administrative processes. Perform other duties assigned by management.
