Duties & Responsibilities: • Study, understand and stay updated at all times on the development in area of Total lifestyle change movement across the globe. This includes staying updated on new evidence/studies in areas related to lifestyle changes and chronic disease • Create content (presentations, literature, videos etc) related to various pillars of total lifestyle change and NCDs. • Conduct / coordinate training programs on Total lifestyle change with various set of external audience both online and offline • Coordinate with external collaborators such as chefs, exercise experts , doctors, nutritionist etc to be part of WWC movement and work with them closely for program and local recipe creation. • Conduct programs for sustainable lifestyle changes for internal employees and their families • Maintain record of all the activities, content and data as collected during the programs. • Collaborate and coordinate with conventional and digital media to promote the concept of total lifestyle changes to prevent and reverse chronic disease. • Handle customer’s complains about the assigned products. • Basis relevant skills & techniques in approaching partners. • Prepare monthly report update to General Manager-Mega We Care. • Other task assigned by General Manager-Mega We Care.
• Perform product demonstrations for both prospective clients and existing clients as needed. • Product introduction to shopper to build trail and trade up • In-store promotion execution • Provide feedback of competitors • Perform in product exhibition, conference and party as company plan • Report to Executive-Trade Marketing. • Other task assigned by Executive-Trade Marketing-OTC.
Prepare marketing plan & implement promotional materials & programs. Plan & conduct / support Sale Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, exhibition. Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan. Analyse sale and customer trend. Create brochure and leaflet for Med –Rep and updated literature. Handle customer’s complains about the assigned products. Go on field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship; Conduct training to sale teams and medical representatives about new products; Product refreshment, Key message, tactic to relationship with customer Conduct meeting with Doctor & Pharmacy at Department of Hospital and private sectors. Other task assigned by Marketing Manager-OTC.
Duties & Responsibilities: • Sell products throughout pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other customers. • Meet Doctors, Pharmacist, and other healthcare workers in order to detail the company products. • Build good relationship with customers. • Plan and implement with Doctors and Pharmacy meetings for the promotion of the products. • Create demand for the products at hospitals, clinics, pharmacy and other health care outlet. • Joint and perform all other marketing activities. • Regular feedback on the promotional strategies of the company. • Prepare and submit sales receipt and other supporting document. • Maintain daily record of the promotional materials issued by the company. • Maintain daily report, tour plan, and Dr’s dairy.
