• Plan and manage procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery. • Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory. • Plan and oversee production schedules (2–3 production runs per month). • Coordinate with Sales, QA, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations. • Monitor production quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. • Prepare operational and production reports. • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain and production processes.
