Understand about material specification. Receive and review Erection drawings from CSD’s Order Entry group and share to CMD & customers. To follow and to ensure that the production will be completed and delivery will be made to customer as per the established dates in the Schedule submitted to customer. Support CMD during the Erection Stage of the Project and to provide them Engineering assistance or other supports that may require to CMD by coordinating with the concerned departments during the Erection stage of the Project. To make addendum/PO/VO and review SCR for project. To coordinate with related teams for project problem solving and maintenance. Other General responsibilities. To Assist Sales, in any or all Engineering related supports, that may require during the execution time of the Project, by coordinating with Engineering Department. To ensure, all policies and procedures for entering jobs in the system are being strictly followed
Represent on behalf of PEB Steel for the projects assigned. Co-ordinates with CSD – Cambodia for the timely delivery of materials to job site. Ensures the materials delivered to site are being unloaded in the required locations and stored properly. Jointly checks all materials delivered to site against packing list with subcontractor and customer. To obtain both parties signature in the Packing list. Check installation drawings against quantities in packing list for shortages of material. Ensures correct level and survey are carried out during anchor bolt setting. Communicate with clients and their representatives (site manager, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress and take minutes of all necessary meetings on behalf of company. • Plan the work and efficiently organise with subcontractor in order to meet agreed deadlines. • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including monitoring subcontractor and QC inspections on the work of subcontractors. • Ensures Materials and machines at job sites are utilized in an economic, effective and efficient manner. • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Ensures Daily reports are prepared and filed on daily basis. • Ensures packing list and drawings are filed correctly in site office for quick reference. • Ensures all QC reports prepared and submit to CSD on periodical basis. • Conducts QC inspections during installation on site and strictly adhere with PEB Quality policy to ensure work performed are in accordance with the specifications. • Control and monitor safety activities as safety officer and strictly adhere with all safety procedures to ensure contractor comply with PEB safety policy. • Co-ordinate with Safety team to conduct Inspections on site safety against the standard check list for site safety, security and cleanliness in a periodical basis. • Conduct Toolbox meetings at site in a periodical basis. (subject to site requirement) • Record and report to Project Manager regarding any/all accidents at job site. • To assist in other duties whenever instructed by Project Manager during Non-Production time.

Projects Selling Tasks: Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions; Contact Customer to discuss / understand customer’s requirements of their project. Persuades clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; Base on each specific customer/project to have efficient plan to approach customer to ensure good taking care of customer as well. Make the PCV and PIF(rev.00) form with detail data, issue to Sales Support Dept. to make PPD Prepare information for and participate in Project bidding Tender; Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client’s requirements and company standards; Prepare and have LOI signed by Customer. Get approval drawing signed by Customer. Propose price matrix of specific project then get approval from SMM. Prepare Sales contract and get it signed by Customer and the company management. Be in charge of down payment and support CSD for L/C and other payment Monitor change orders and variations / make addendums and price variation accordingly; Develops and grows long-term relationships with old customers; Prepares and coordinates with customer in visiting office and job site. Administer client accounts; Updates the ICCC list bi-monthly and make sure that the info is correct and complete; Contacts ICCC (Investors, Customers, Consultants, Constructors) to introduce PEB’s products / services and collect information about the project and try to convince them to put PEB specs in the conceptual drawings or tender documents, if any. Consistently make visits and telephone calls to customer in ICCC list, especially those in Category A list. Update Sales Pipe-Line weekly including status of Quotations, Jobs and Prepare “Lost Quote Report “(LQR) for all quotations lost as per the company policy. Collects competitors information in order to find a proper strategy/solution in selling products; Collects customer feedback information and take needful action to improve the company products/services; Follow up and support subordinates and finance department on payment and L/C 2.
