Manage and facilitate Corporate Annual Training and Talent Development Programs to ensure smooth implementation according to the plan set. Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and feedback surveys. Track training effectiveness and learning impact using the Kirkpatrick Model. Work with line managers to source internal and external trainers. Create, upload and manage courses, including e-learning modules, assessments, and training resources. Generate monthly usage reports, including completion rates, login frequency, time spent, and performance scores. Work with line managers to lead the LMS implementation as a key team member Collect and consolidate post-training evaluations, knowledge assessment results, and learning impact reports. Maintain detailed and organized records of training activities and learner development outcomes. Report learning data to line managers and contribute to quarterly performance reviews and planning.
Manage the Deputy CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Handle correspondence and confidential documents. Coordinate with departments to collect financial and operational reports. Support in reviewing and preparing accounting or financial documents. Maintain proper filing systems and follow up on pending matters. Perform other tasks assigned by the Deputy CEO.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential target markets. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives. Analyze project feasibility, including cost analysis, risk assessment, and potential return on investment for new ventures. Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and other strategic initiatives. Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders. Identify and forge strategic partnerships with developers, financial institutions, government bodies, and other relevant entities to expand market reach. Manage a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on business development activities and results. Stay abreast of market conditions, competitor activities, and industry regulations to inform business strategies. Provide accurate and timely forecasts, reports, and analyses of business development performance to senior management. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns (online ads, social media, email newsletters, content marketing) to attract new clients and promote available listings or services.
Working with managers and employees to establish SMART goals. Working with managers on KPIs probation of newcomer Assist in collecting performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop training and development plans. Involve in KPIs Setting and Year-End Appraisal Assist in designing and executing employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives that align with the company’s culture and goals. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on building positive employee experiences. Develop effective internal communication campaigns to keep employees connected and informed. Scope of Working: Marketing Director will be responsible in leading and direct marketing, sales, business development. Duties & Responsibilities: Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives. business growth of Peng Huoth Group. Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units. Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives or KPIs across business units. Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure strategies and campaigns are well executed. Designs and drives promotional campaigns, PR and other tactical marketing efforts across channels. Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools. Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants’ requirements, etc. to meet market demands. Analyzes market intelligence and adjusts or improves strategies as needed. Builds a highly capable team of marketing professionals cross business units. Creates a solid network of strategic partnerships, reviews and manages marketing contents. Manages marketing budget.
Manage daily accounting functions (AP, AR, GL), ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitor financial data, produce reports, and maintain records according to company policies Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) Perform closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries. Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency. Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting Prepare budgets and provide recommendations to management. Plan, organize and lead the overall procurement operations of the assigned team Negotiate best possible procurement and logistics terms with vendors Lead and facilitate ongoing Vendor Approval Process with Technical team to assure all vendors are qualified Conduct commercial analysis and price benchmarking of all vendor proposals Pursue and implement cost reduction activities and cost saving to improve overall business performance Ensure all supporting docs such as quotation, RFP/RFI or any other related docs are in placed with proper filing for future records Provide accurate analysis report & information to management team Establish performance metrics (KPI) to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of procurement activities.
