Able to prepare OME (Order of Magnitude Estimate) based on the drawings issued by the Design Department. Prepare the detailed MTO’s (quantity take‐off) from drawings issued by the Design Department. Ensure the MTO’s is built up methodically, in sufficient detail and in accordance with good estimating practice. Able to assess cost affects when changes, variations, change orders, and delays occur. Able to prepare a statement of final account (records the actual cost of all sections of the project). Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Assist in observing and analyzing current furniture production workflows, including cutting, shaping, sanding, finishing, upholstery, and final assembly lines. Help identify inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in material flow, labor utilization, and machine uptime within the factory. Gather and organize operational data from various production stages (e.g., cycle times, defect rates, material usage for wood or fabric). Help prepare clear and concise reports and presentations on observations, preliminary findings, and potential areas for improvement to production managers. Support the evaluation of factory layouts and workstation designs to optimize material handling and reduce unnecessary movement of furniture components or finished goods. Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Conduct sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers. Perform Sales operation by day-to-day. Maintain and build relationships with existing customer. Present and demonstrate about company products to customer. Greeting and providing excellent customer service. Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets. Act as a trusted advisor to customer and offer product recommendations and solutions. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Handle Accounting Payable and/or Account Receivable Ensure all accounting transaction records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure, Ensure all accounting/financial reporting deadline are met, Ensure all invoice are correct and consistent, Ensure accurate and timely/monthly/yearly end close, Maintain all accounting documents, and perform other tasks assigned by direct manager.
ដឹកនាំក្រុមផលិត Formwork (Steel Formwork / Aluminum Formwork / Timber Formwork) ប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។ តាមដានការផលិតតាមផែនការ និងធានាថាផលិតផលត្រឹមត្រូវតាមគុណភាព និងពេលវេលា។ ត្រួតពិនិត្យដំណើរការកាត់ បង្អួច ដែក/អាលុយមីញ៉ូម/ឈើ។ ពិនិត្យគុណភាពផលិតផល និងធានាអនុវត្តតាមស្តង់ដារគុណភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាព។ បែងចែកការងារកម្មករ និងតាមដានវត្តមាន/វិន័យការងារ។ ត្រួតពិនិត្យឧបករណ៍ផលិត និងសម្ភារៈមុនចូលដំណើរការ (Material & Tools Check)។ ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាបច្ចេកទេស និងជួយកែតម្រូវទៅលើការងារផលិត។ រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ផលិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងបញ្ជូនទៅអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង។
Lead the planning and execution of internal events: annual party, team building, staff retreat, staff town hall meeting, sports events, cultural celebrations, and HR campaigns, recognition programs, and other engagement initiatives. Develop annual engagement plans and propose new activities to strengthen employee morale. Manage full event logistics: concept, vendor sourcing, budgeting, setup, run-down, and post-event evaluation. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality event delivery. Prepare communication materials and promote participation through internal channels. Maintain event documentation, budgets, PR/PO, attendance lists, and reports. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Manage all site operations to ensure projects complete successfully, meeting time, budget, quality, and scope. This includes proactive delay management and maintaining the Master Schedule with the Project Management Team. Efficiently organize site facilities, logistics, and material requisitions, ensuring equipment suitability and timely deliveries align with construction schedules. Enforce high standards for workmanship and materials, ensuring strict compliance with specifications, regulations, and all health & safety and quality standards. Review payment reports for workers and subcontractors for accuracy, and proactively resolve operational issues on site, escalating complex problems with solutions.
