Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions and data pipelines using Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Data Factory. This involves architecting intelligent workflows and scalable backend systems to ensure the seamless and efficient flow of data. Internal Tool and Reporting Enhancement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal tools, applications, and integration systems. Support the creation of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI to provide actionable insights that support both strategic and operational decision-making. Uphold data governance standards by ensuring the accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance of all technical solutions. Apply industry best practices to protect sensitive information and align systems with internal policies and standards specific to the life insurance sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Actuarial, and Distribution, to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Effectively communicate project progress, potential risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
Proactively generate new product ideas and develop detailed business requirements that align with internal business strategies and market opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product design, product approval, implementation, marketing, and customer support—to bring products from concept to market. Execute the product roadmap effectively, ensuring milestones are met, and adapt strategies based on market changes and internal feedback. Monitor product performance using dashboards and key metrics, and analyze data to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement. Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely product updates, and supporting ongoing product maintenance activities. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product launches, ensuring that all products comply with regulatory and internal standards. Regularly report to the Head of Product Development, ensuring that the entire product portfolio is well-managed, up-to-date, and aligned with strategic objectives. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain product relevance and recommend timely product enhancements or new developments.
Develop, maintain, and review the Risk Appetite Framework, aligning it with Prudential Group and regulatory requirements. Implement KRIs to monitor adherence. Implement and enforce financial risk policies across the CLM Hub, ensuring compliance with Prudential Group standards and local regulations Manage and mitigate financial risks including liquidity, solvency, capital, and risk transfer arrangements. Collaborate with business units to identify, assess, and address potential financial risks. Monitor and assess product risks, ensuring the integrity and profitability of the product suite. Prepare comprehensive meeting packs for Risk Committee meetings with relevant financial risk information. Review and update compliance requirements to ensure adherence to Prudential Group and regulatory standards. Support reporting to Prudential Corporation Asia, including Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Risk Identification, Risk Transfer, Product Risk Reporting, and Scenario Analysis/Stress Testing. Provide financial risk guidance to stakeholders, including Finance and Actuarial teams, and support risk deliverables.
