1. Sales Leadership & Target Achievement Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Banca Executives to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets . Translate company and regional sales strategies into clear execution plans for the team. Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline performance, and conversion ratios across assigned branches. Take full accountability for team sales results and implement corrective actions where performance gaps are identified. Drive cross‑selling and upselling opportunities in collaboration with partner bank sales teams. Ensure sales targets are achieved through effective team management and branch execution , not just individual selling. 2. Team Management, Coaching & Capability Development Provide day‑to‑day supervision, coaching, and performance guidance to Banca Executives. Conduct regular field coaching , joint sales calls, and branch visits with team members. Identify skill and capability gaps and deliver targeted coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Ensure Banca Executives effectively drive, support, and influence partner bank sales staff to generate insurance business under the corporate agent model. Support onboarding, training, and certification requirements (including IRC registration where applicable). Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development or performance improvement plans where required. Recommend recognition, performance improvement actions, or disciplinary measures in line with company policy. 3. Bancassurance Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned partner bank branches. Support Banca Executives in engaging branch managers and frontline staff to generate quality leads. Coordinate and support joint sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement activities. Act as the first escalation point for branch‑level operational, service, or sales execution issues related to bancassurance. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze sales performance at team, individual, and branch level . Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and management updates. Ensure all policies are accurately and promptly submitted through company digital platforms and systems. Use sales data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement in team productivity and effectiveness. 5. Compliance, Governance & Brand Stewardship Ensure all sales activities conducted by the team comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. Prevent mis‑selling and ensure high standards of sales documentation accuracy and quality. Ensure company branding and POSM materials are properly displayed and maintained at partner bank branches. Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values in all interactions with customers and partners.
Bancassurance Strategy & Execution - Design and lead RGI’s Bancassurance roadmap, aligning with corporate growth targets and market trends - Negotiate and manage partnerships with commercial banks, MFIs, and financial institutions - Co-create bundled insurance solutions tailored to partner channels and customer segments - Monitor performance metrics, optimize channel productivity, and ensure regulatory compliance Strategic Partnership Development - Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships across fintech, telcos, retail, and community platforms - Develop joint value propositions that enhance financial inclusion and customer experience - Lead cross-functional teams to launch co-branded campaigns, digital onboarding flows, and loyalty programs - Represent RGI in industry forums, partnership negotiations, and strategic dialogues Leadership & Governance - Build and mentor a high-performing team of relationship managers and partnership leads - Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk controls for partnership operations - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution and innovation

Act as the primary liaison between RGI and assigned WING Bank branches, ensuring alignment on sales goals and service standards. Support joint marketing activities, customer events, and internal campaigns. • Performance Monitoring Track branch-level insurance sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback and actionable insights to both bank partners and internal RGI teams. Celebrate wins and motivate teams through recognition and incentive alignment. • Compliance & Brand Stewardship Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and RGI’s ethical standards. Ensure RGI Branding and POSM is sufficient and available at all times at the branches to drive the business. Uphold RGI’s brand values in every interaction, promoting trust, empathy, and professionalism.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Channel Sales Support & Execution • Execute sales plans and activities to support channel sales targets. • Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners. • Maintain regular contact with assigned partners to ensure consistent business flow. Relationship & Account Servicing • Manage day-to-day relationships with partner sales teams and support their operational needs. • Conduct product briefings and joint field visits to enhance partner engagement. • Assist in renewal follow-ups and support upselling efforts within existing accounts. Sales Activity & Training Support • Support internal and partner sales teams with training on products and basic sales techniques. • Share feedback from the field to help improve sales tools and partner effectiveness. • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities to the senior sales team. Market Awareness & Feedback • Gather competitor info and market feedback during field visits. • Report insights and opportunities to management for refinement of sales strategies. Reporting & Administration • Maintain updated records of partner performance and sales activities. • Prepare weekly sales updates and assist in compiling reports for internal review.
