Campaign Planning & Management • Plan and manage integrated campaigns, including timelines and deliverables. • Set and control campaign budgets and KPIs. • Ensure launch readiness before each campaign goes live. Paid Media Execution & Optimization • Set up, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Run other approved paid channels as required. • Manage audience targeting and control spend against budget. Performance Monitoring & Analysis • Monitor campaign performance across reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROAS (where trackable). • Analyze results and recommend actions to improve performance. Cross-Functional Coordination • Coordinate campaign execution with content, design, multimedia, social media, and other cross-functional teams. Reporting & Data Management • Maintain accurate campaign, paid-media, budget, and KPI data. • Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports. • Document post-campaign learnings.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including market research, prospecting, client appointments, product presentations, needs analysis, and contract negotiation to successfully close deals. Develop and nurture connections within key sectors: Hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), Corporate & Commercial, Professional Cleaning & Facilities Management, Healthcare, Industrial & Manufacturing, Education, and Residential Management. Conduct regular outdoor visits within the assigned territory to meet with potential customers and promote our product offerings. Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain all necessary sales and marketing documentation in line with company policies. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management. Supply Chain & Inventory Management * Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability to support business operations. * Review stock movements, consumption, and replenishment requirements. * Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, or expired inventory and recommend appropriate actions. * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure discrepancies are investigated and resolved. * Coordinate regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation. 2. Purchasing & Supplier Coordination * Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of products and materials. * Monitor purchase orders and supplier deliveries to ensure orders are received according to agreed quantities, quality, prices, and timelines. * Communicate with suppliers regarding shortages, delays, quality issues, and discrepancies. * Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and escalate recurring supplier issues to management. * Support supplier performance monitoring and evaluation. 3. Distribution & Delivery Coordination * Coordinate with relevant departments and delivery teams to ensure timely distribution of products and materials. * Monitor delivery schedules and resolve operational issues that may affect delivery timelines. * Ensure delivery documents and supporting records are properly completed and maintained. * Follow up on delivery discrepancies, shortages, damages, or returns. 4. Team Supervision * Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. * Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members. * Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and adherence to company procedures. * Report attendance, performance, and disciplinary concerns to management when necessary. 5. Reporting & Documentation * Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, purchasing status, deliveries, and supply chain issues. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain documentation. * Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement. * Provide recommendations to management to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 6. Cost Control & Process Improvement * Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction. * Minimize stock losses, wastage, damages, and unnecessary inventory holding. * Review existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency. * Ensure company policies, procedures, and internal controls are properly followed.
