To solve any matter related to internal or external stakeholders related to Trade Operation process. Dealing with customers on loan processing and Trade Finance products to ensure they meet the requirements. Provide coaching and mentoring related Trade Operation and Credit Management if there is a requirement from management. Provide the support related core banking setting up if there is requirement from management. Perform the assigned tasks with high integrity and professional conduct. Conduct assessment on quality of loan applications submitted by BUs then highlight all risk concerns and provide sound recommendations to approving authority for decision making. Check and validate provided documentation and information including but not limited to the purpose of fund utilization, business registration and ownership, financial documents, collaterals, etc. to ensure all credit proposals are in compliance with all requirements in relevant policy/regulation. Communicate the approval decision to respective Relationship staff. Manage turnaround time of evaluation of each case at the target SLA Work closely with Relationship staff on rectifying information after validation and advise on possible solutions. Review change request submitted by BUs to discuss with the line manager and circulate for approval. Review disbursement request on fulfillment of pre-disbursement condition and circulating for approval. Assess Credit Review submitted by BUs on relevant criteria to discuss with Line Manager and circulate for approval. Regular report on cases reviewed and in process. Continuously develop self-competency through on-the-job training and attend courses nominated by the line manager. Perform the assigned tasks with high integrity and professional conduct. Implement daily task in compliance with the established policies and guidelines Conduct training / Refreshing session to Collection team and BUs on loan collection Policy and Procedures Monitor overdue portfolio and problematic accounts very closely and act on timely manner when a trigger alerts by reporting it to the Manager or Department Head or Chief Credit Officer and/or provide a sound recommendation on immediate action (if any) Monitoring the collection efficiency by following-up with business units (BUs) on action taken on regular basis Consolidate overdue report from BUs for Credit Committee on weekly basis. Propose recovery strategies, legal proceedings, restructure, and write-off for approval. Ensure the payment of overdue clients under the Monitoring & Recovery Team and BUs are followed up, monitored, and appropriately reported. Assist BUs to solve pre-NPL accounts by providing sound advice and/or joining the discussion with overdue clients for solution when needed. Manage collateral sale process in case borrowers are willing to sell their property Work in collaboration with Legal Team and Panel Lawyer, Court, and relevant stakeholders on cases proceeding to the court. Follow up with Legal Team on litigation cases. To perform other tasks assigned by Head Department

To provide overall independent, effective & efficient internal audit functions, carry out the audit assignment & complete audit field work. Assist Team Leader to conduct audit fieldwork for completing audit assignments as per Annual Internal Audit Plan approved. Perform specific audit procedures, test, analyze, and complete the audit working papers with appropriate documentation and relevant documentary evidence bases on audit assignment. Raise the issued, identify underlying root causes, and recommend the key controls for corrective action, detection, and prevention in each audit assignment for the Team Leader to review. Ensure completeness and adequacy of documentation in working paper, findings & report, including conformance to internal audit standards/ methodology/ guideline/ instruction. Perform any other duties assigned by the superiors from time to time. Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

Conduct IT audit testing to evaluate the quality of internal control implementation and design by relevant departments; Assist the bank in strengthening IT governance and IT control environment; Review audit working paper and evidence for assigned IT audit missions to ensure the completeness of audit findings and identification of root causes, implications, and recommendations; Prepare draft audit reports on the assigned missions and participate in a presentation to heads of auditees to make sure they are well informed; Check compliance with internal established policies, procedures, and regulations; Follow up on the progress of implementation and recommendation Assist in tracking all audit issues and management’s corrective action to final resolution; and Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
