▪ Handle import and export shipment operations. ▪ Receive and process customer shipment requests. ▪ Coordinate and manage USA service contracts. ▪ Prepare monthly Sailing Schedule ▪ Update freight rates on the company/group website and communicate updates to overseas agents. ▪ Maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and business partners. ▪ Arrange shipment bookings and monitor shipment schedules. ▪ Provide timely shipment status updates and proactive customer support. ▪ Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution. ▪ Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer inquiries. ▪ Provide sales support, including rate quotations and follow-up when required. ▪ Track shipment status and provide updates to customers upon request. ▪ Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management Team.
