We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Experience & Partnership Officer. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of TKA, ensuring our students, parents, and partners receive exceptional support. Beyond customer care and program administration, you will also dedicate 20% of your time to supporting Business Development initiatives—helping us grow our impact, track new leads, and assist in building exciting new partnerships. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication & SupportServe as the welcoming first point of contact for students, parents, and partners engaging with TKA. Promptly and professionally handle inquiries via phone, email, Telegram, and social media channels. Provide clear and accurate information regarding TKA’s programs, events, and competitions. Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our service quality. Administration & OperationsAssist with documentation and professional correspondence for school and corporate partners. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student lists, receipts, payments, and partnership records. Prepare weekly or monthly updates on enrollment numbers, program participation, and revenue. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor in the Business Development Office. 3. Business Development Support Assist the Business Development Lead in researching and identifying prospective schools, corporate partners, and sponsors. Proactively promote and cross-sell TKA’s weekend classes and enrichment programs to prospective and current parents. Support the drafting and preparation of partnership proposals, pitch decks, and presentations. Help manage the B2B and B2C sales pipeline, ensuring all potential leads receive timely and effective follow-ups.
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly motivated Program & Engagement Assistant to support the implementation of our programs and lead engagement efforts with students, alumni, parents, partners, and the wider community. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth empowerment, education, entrepreneurship and technology. They enjoy interacting with young people, building strong relationships, and creating meaningful community engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Support • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of Tech for Kids Academy programs (training, workshops, competitions, events). • Support logistics, scheduling, communication, and documentation for all programs. • Work closely with trainers, facilitators, and partners to ensure smooth program execution. • Monitor and track program progress, attendance, feedback, and impact. • Assist with content development such as slides, activity materials, and student resources. 2. Community & Alumni Engagement • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and alumni. • Organize engagement activities such as alumni meet-ups, mentorship sessions, online communities, and networking events. • Communicate regularly with alumni to track their progress and involve them in future initiatives. • Create strategies to strengthen student and alumni participation in ongoing and new programs. • Manage online engagement channels (Facebook groups, Telegram, email newsletters, etc.). 3. Communications & Outreach • Support the Communication and social media team with content related to program highlights, success stories, and upcoming events. • Assist in writing announcements, posts, newsletters, and engagement messages. • Help expand the Tech for Kids community by supporting outreach to schools, partners, and parents. 4. Compliance and Safety: ● Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards. ● Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols. ● Maintain accurate records of compliance and safety measures.

As a Multimedia Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing creative and engaging photo, video, and digital content that tells the story of TKA’s programs, students, and impact. You will work closely with the Media, Program, and Business Development teams to capture real moments, design compelling visuals, and support TKA’s branding and communication across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, hands-on, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-moving, mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Content Creation ● Capture and edit photos and videos during TKA programs, events, workshops, and competitions ● Create short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reels ● Produce simple motion graphics, captions, and visual stories aligned with TKA branding Design & Visual Assets ● Design posters, social media visuals, and basic marketing materials using Canva /Adobe tools ● Support branding consistency across all digital platforms Storytelling & Impact ● Help document student journeys, program highlights, and success stories ● Assist in turning activities into compelling visual narratives for public audiences and partners Collaboration & Support ● Work closely with the Communication, Program, and Media teams ● Support live events, campaigns, and special projects as needed

This role goes beyond teaching; it requires the ability to translate learning objectives into clear, structured, and scalable learning experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work within defined curriculum frameworks while continuously improving content based on real classroom feedback. This person will collaborate closely with academic, product, and training teams to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all programs.. Key Responsibilities Mentor Role (Teaching Role) Plan and deliver lessons that support students’ acquisition of computer science and digital skills. Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and addressing individual learning needs. Use classroom experience to validate curriculum effectiveness and identify gaps or improvement areas. Actively collaborate with mentors and staff, contributing to a strong teaching and learning culture. To support on-requests by the Head of Learning and Training. Curriculum Development Role Contribute to the design and development of structured curriculum materials, including lesson plans, projects, and assessments. Translate learning objectives into clear, teachable content with logical progression and age-appropriate scaffolding. Work within established curriculum frameworks, templates, and quality standards to ensure consistency across programs. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between curriculum, training, and program delivery. Conduct curriculum testing (pilot sessions, focus groups) and iterate based on feedback and data. Support innovation in curriculum design, particularly in digital and emerging technology areas. Management and Research Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the company’s performance. Curriculum & Training DevelopmentDesign engaging, project-based activities and real-world relevant digital literacy and technology education curriculum for selected schools. Train teachers and trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver the curriculum and the sustainability of the program.
