Perform monthly bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks. Review and verify all receipts from the Head Office and branches. Review internal request forms prior to management approval. Process payments to suppliers and generate payment vouchers. Develop and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports. Issue invoices for the Head Office and all company branches and ensuring timely collection. Ensure documentation accuracy for all financial transactions. Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the CEO.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and monthly tax filings for clients. Perform bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, account postings, and reconciliations using Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation for assigned clients. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, financial reports, and audit-related schedules as required Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company procedures. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Financial Reporting: - Prepare and oversee financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local standards. - Utilize Xero or QuickBooks for client needs, including COA creation. - Review team’s financial reports and monthly tax declarations. - Provide guidance and training on financial preparation and tax compliance. • Tax Compliance: - Manage tax filings (VAT, Profit Tax, WHT) to ensure regulatory compliance. - Liaise with tax authorities and auditors to resolve queries and facilitate audits. • Team Management: - Lead and mentor accounting team, fostering skill development and efficiency. - Delegate tasks and ensure accuracy in team deliverables. • Audits and Compliance: - Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions. • Client Support: - Provide financial consultancy and solutions for complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Perform other duties as assigned by the top management team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. • Create engaging social media content to target and attract clients. • Manage and grow social media platforms to enhance brand presence. • Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns. • Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure effectiveness. • Design and edit graphics and videos for marketing materials. • Prepare and submit detailed monthly performance reports to management.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all corporate materials • Design high-quality creatives for both digital and print platforms, including social media content, corporate presentations, brochures, and internal communications. • Work closely with HR, Marketing, and Consulting teams to support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and client-facing initiatives with timely and effective design solutions. • Manage design assets, templates, and brand guidelines • Design and edit graphics and videos for marketing materials. • Prepare and submit detailed monthly performance reports to management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and stock management systems. • Monitor stock in and stock out transactions to ensure inventory accuracy. • Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies as required by clients. • Prepare inventory reports for management and clients. • Update and manage inventory data using Excel or inventory management software. • Coordinate with client teams regarding stock movement and inventory updates. • Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions. • Support the costing process, including Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations. • Identify inventory issues and recommend corrective actions to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
