Transmission Network Planning & Design: Design transmission networks including fiber, microwave, and IP/MPLS backhaul, calculate link budgets, bandwidth requirements, and path engineering; Implementation & Deployment: Lead installation, commissioning, and integration of transmission equipment. Configure microwave radios, fiber nodes, OLTs/ONUs, switches and routers; Network Operations & Maintenance: Monitor transmission network KPIs and availability, Troubleshoot fiber cuts, microwave outages, interface errors, and routing issues; Capacity & Performance Management: Analyze traffic trends and ensure capacity is optimized, implement upgrades and expansion as required; Documentation & Reporting: Prepare site acceptance documents, test report, and configuration records, maintain updated network topology diagrams and asset lists.

IPRAN planning & Architecture Design: Design IPRAN network architecture across across Access, aggregation, and pre-aggregation layers; Develop IP schema: IP addressing, subnetting, VLAN planning, routing plan; Configuration & Deployment: Configure Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols, VLAN/QinQ?LACP/OSPE,IS-IS; Network Operation & Maintenance: Monitor IPRAN KPIs: latency,jitter, packet loss, interface errors, troubleshoot IP/MPLS issues, routing loops, link flaps, fiber degradation; Performance & Capacity Management: Analyze bandwidth usage and prepare capacity expansions, Optimize routing paths for 5G URLLC and eMBB services; Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated network diagrams, configuration records, IP plans, prepare implementation plans, MOPS, change request, and incident report.

Pre-planning and detail planning, output network planning scheme. Wireless transmission analysis: use professional simulation tools ( such as Atoll, Planet, U-Net. Etc) to carry out wireless transmission model correction, coverage prediction, capacity analysis and interference analysis. New technology research: Track and study new outdoor network technologies ( such as millimeter waves, drone base station, AI energy saving etc,) and evaluated their application feasibility.
