• Prepare income collection report at site ASA & CENM
• Prepare occupancy report and issuance invoice to customer
• Prepare house for rent at Angkor Shopping Arcade and Charming City
• Close monthly report at site ASA & CCNM
• Check and verify occupied report from site ASA
• Verity all transaction with site report must be balance and correct
• Prepare PV and JV every month for both projects
• Prepare monthly closing AR, AP, CF to treasury for both projects.
• Prepare bank reconcile balance report for both projects
• Prepare cash float and cash on hand reconcile for Angkor Shopping Arcade
• Check rental agreement and follow up expired agreement for renew
• Check balance of AR and AP with internal project
• Other tasks assign from management

• BA in Accounting, Management or other related fields
• Good at Ms. Office, Knowledgeable of Quick Book
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Property Accountant
• Excellent communication, customer service and optimistic
• Ability to work under pressure and submit tasks on time
• Ability to effectively manage the priority tasks
• Be flexible, hardworking, and meticulous
