Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue payments. •
Contact customers through phone, email, and personal visits to ensure timely collections. •
Negotiate payment terms and follow up on agreed schedules. •
Record, update, and maintain accurate payment and collection records. •
Prepare regular collection and AR reports for management. •
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. •
Assist customers with payment options and respond to inquiries professionally. •
Maintain good customer relationships while achieving collection targets. •
Perform related administrative tasks as assigned.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Debt Collection.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and basic reporting skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software
Willing to visit customers when required.
