Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and verify supporting documents and transaction report with daily cash collection, POS, and bank deposit
• Record/Import daily sales transactions from POS System and Reconcile with Accounting System in term of daily and monthly sale reports
• Prepare and assist in calculating royalty fees, marketing fees, and revenue sharing scheme for senior in-charge.
• Record the sale adjustment, rebate and ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Maintain complete sales documentation
• Reconcile supplier statements and settlement reports and work with AP/Stock Controller Officer or Store Manager for any discrepancies.
• Assist the team in managing the due dates and coordinate timely payment with Expense Team Regarding to Franchise Related Charges
• Prepare AR & AP schedules and management reports to prepare the amount due to and due from supplier
• Support month-end and year end closing and audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of AR or Revenue Accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Any Accounting System
• Retail accounting experience is preferred, especially Mart.
• Has Attention to Details and Committed with the deadline
• Good Knowledge in Cambodian Tax is preferrable
• Able to Communicate Cross Department and Solution Based
• Good Observation Skill.
