Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit-related queries and issues.

Monitor and track credit applications throughout the processing cycle.

Maintain accurate records of credit applications and associated documentation.

Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and internal stakeholders.

Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
1 year of experience in credit processing or credit operations within the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, and lending principles.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in using credit processing software and MS Office Suite.
Flexible to travel
