Overall Management: Direct and oversee the entire daily operations, sales performance, and staff of the assigned clinic branch.
Sales & Revenue Target: Drive the branch team to meet and exceed monthly revenue, profit, and customer retention goals.
Staff Leadership: Manage, motivate, and evaluate clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, consultants, and receptionists.
Service Quality & SOPs: Ensure strict compliance with medical hygiene, patient safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Customer Relations: Build good relationships with clients, handle high-level customer feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
Branch Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels of clinic supplies, oversee cash management, and ensure the facility is always clean and welcoming.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
Proven experience in a management role, preferably in Beauty Care, clinic, or service business.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Good understanding of operations, customer service, and performance management.
Ability to analyze business results and make practical decisions to improve outcomes.
Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Experience handling staff supervision, scheduling, and administrative processes.
Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
