• Following Supervisor above to Store Manager has daily weekly monthly assign task.
• Cashiering to customer during payment
• Do Purchase order through Profit System
• Receiving Merchandise and display Merchandise
• Daily checking expired.
• Daily checking store cleanliness.
• Cutting daily PA0
• Opening store or Closing store base on working shift
• Manage and educated the below team
• Assisting to Processing doc (Adjust PO, HR doc, IT request, Hygiene material request…)
• Make Price Card
• Checking temperature in daily

Other Duties

• To understand about sale and customer trend daily weekly and monthly.
• Challenging the change of the company growth base on the economics, crisis, or other factors happen
• Develop the team how to follow the rule to achieve the standard operation
• Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting, company internal training and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned
• Be able to work very flexible working hours: Weekend, Public Holiday, and Night shift
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
• To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service always
• To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• Join the company staff briefing, company internal meeting and leading our internal department meeting
• To read the Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

• At least 3months of experience in a comparable position in another industry

• So so in Khmer and English both verbal and written Knowledge of Merchandising and Operation is desirable

• Good in computer Microsoft application and other accounting software

• Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude

• Good Health condition & teamwork

• Willing to learn new things

• Creative perception and honestly

• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
