Collect, analyze and interpret data related to the airports activities;
Identify opportunities and risks, across airlines and markets and recommend priorities;
Build accurate forecasts, identify development options to improve insight and lead market research effort;
Drive optimization of non-aero revenue through analysis and present recommendations to improve category mix and performance management;
Build models to identify proactive indicators on market and business trends;
Interface with all levels of the organization to build and present recommendations;
Develop and continuously improve Pitch Packs and other customer documentation tailored to individual airlines or partners using a range of media;
Design and deliver presentations to existing airlines focused on Cambodia and identified opportunities to drive traffic measured by professional and timely presentations ready for all airline engagement;
Support Commercial team in negotiations.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in business and Finance, master’s degree in business, Business intelligence is a plus
Commercial experience or Business experience, ideally in the aviation industry
Excel and other data management software expertise
Proven proficiency in spoken and written in Khmer and English
Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email, Database etc.….)
Negotiation process knowledge or skills
Strong analytical skills with solid critical thinking
Good oral and written communication skills
Quality focus and Excellence
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging at all levels
Teamwork spirit
Strong planning and organizing competencies
