Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging across all content.

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.

Stay updated with the latest retail and e-commerce trends to inform content creation and strategy.

Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on customer engagement.

Ability to write in a clear, concise, andi persuasive manner.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.

Experience with social media and email marketing is a plus.

A good understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
