Make sure costing on time
Work cooperate with cross department for getting supporting documents for calculate costing
Ensure all support document complete
Check and verify amount of support documents is correct.
Check and verify commercial invoice from suppliers are correct
Verify storage charge calculate with scanning document.
Ensure PO properly booked into system by purchase team before booking actual costing
Prepare and calculate costing and perform into ERP system.
Actual costing is reconciled start booked in ERP and send to FM for checking and approval.

At minimum, Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or similar field.
1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting and costing experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications, words, excel, include email usage.
Strong attention to details and accuracy.
Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
Good communication skills
Integrity and discipline determination
