● Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, classes fees, and schedules.
● Handle registration and enrollment processes.
● Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
● Maintain accurate records of student information and communications.
● Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
● Front Desk Management: Greet students and Parents/Customer, ensure a clean and organised reception area.
● Customer Assistance: Answer questions, provide information, class tour
● Communication: Handle phone calls and inquiries about school schedules and programs.
● Support Tasks: Assist with filing, check student attendance & journey books and prepare school documents. Provide support & monitor to weekend staff (PT) and assist with any special projects or tasks as assigned.
