  • Recruiting, training, and guiding delivery teams.
  • Assisting drivers with issues and ensuring successful deliveries.
  • Ensuring sufficient regional delivery capacity and responding to emergencies.
  • Monitoring the delivery process to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Implementing and testing new initiatives to improve delivery quality.
  • Developing and executing company payment structures.
  • Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.
  • Develop the Rider team and cash deposit, delivery team leader.
  • Manages attendance for Rider in daily and makes sure Rider works enough each shift.
  • Retain and reduce resignation rate % in his team.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of riders and dispatchers.
  • Be responsible for Riders' quality of service and performance management - delivery times, success rates with customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Addressing quality issues and implementing solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Conducting audits and deep dives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Handling emergencies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Dispatch/ assign orders to riders.
  • Highly communicative, manages Rider teams with a pleasant personality

  • Fresh graduate students and High School students are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in Operations or CS is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to handle issues accurately and responsibly, friendly, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Good Command in English and Chinese.
