1. Teaching & Learning• Plan and deliver English lessons according to the school curriculum.• Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills.• Use a variety of teaching methods and learning activities to engage students.• Encourage active participation and confidence in using English.2. Student Assessment• Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments.• Assess and record student performance.• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.• Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.3. Classroom Management• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment.• Manage student behavior effectively.• Ensure classroom resources are used properly.4. Communication & Administration• Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field.- Previous teaching experience is preferred.- Teaching certification is an advantage.- Strong English communication skills.- Effective classroom management and lesson planning skills.- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
