  • To Visit Smart Dealer according to an assigned schedule
  • To ensure daily stock reconciliation follow actual sales in sales record in ePOS
  • To ensure all KPI points are met
  • To ensure all dealer have safety stock sim , Smart Dealers App and EV sim in assigned territory
  • To ensure that all point of sales (Poster, Leaflet, leaflet holder, parasol....) are well displayed and maintain at all dealers in assigned territory
  • To ensure that all distribution gap are close in assigned territory
  • To ensure all dealers are completes all information profile in ePOS in assigned territory
  • To Monitor activities of competitors in their territory and timely reported to FSS
  • To Build a strong relationship with Smart Dealer
  •  Recruit new dealer in their territory, problem solving and develop existing customer

  •  Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken 
  • Good selling and negotiation skills
