Manage daily cash flow, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Oversee payroll operations and supervise junior accountants or financial support staff.

Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure full compliance with Cambodian General Department of Taxation (GDT) regulations, local tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.

Prepare, review, and submit timely tax filings and financial disclosures.

Utilize accounting systems to maintain clean, audited financial records.

Perform financial analysis using Microsoft Excel to guide management decision-making.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Business Administration.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management, ideally within SMEs or local financial institutions.

Tax Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Cambodian General Department of Taxation (GDT) regulations, local tax compliance, and statutory reporting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English; fluency in Khmer is required for local reporting and internal team communication.
