Mainly Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning :

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance reports to support decision making.
• Support strategic initiatives, projects, and investment decisions through financial planning and analysis.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and short-term investments.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, and oversee financing arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning, forecasting, reporting, and treasury processes.

- Financial Analysis :

• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including cash flow, credit, interest rate, and foreign exchange exposures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster high performance and continuous growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Master's degree in Finance is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience with strong knowledge of risk management.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and applicable accounting standards.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); ERP implementation experience is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
