Maintain and update the fixed asset register accurately.
Record acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation per standards and company policies.
Calculate and post monthly depreciation on time.
Conduct periodic physical asset verification and reconcile with records.
Track asset tagging, location, and responsible departments.
Prepare fixed asset schedules and reports for management and audits.
Ensure proper documentation for purchases, disposals, and write-offs.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations on asset movements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax rules, and Cambodian accounting standards.
Report discrepancies, impairments, or obsolete assets.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.
