π ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As IMV continues to expand its international footprint, we are seeking a visionary and high-caliber General Manager to lead our Cambodia Branch. Based in the vibrant city of Phnom Penh, you will hold the steering wheel of our entire Cambodia operations—driving aggressive market growth, optimizing local sales operations, and establishing top-tier financial governance.

π― WHAT YOU WILL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
1οΈβ£ Strategic Sales & Marketing Leadership (40%):
- Formulate and execute short-to-long-term business strategies for IMV’s diverse portfolio in Cambodia.
- Drive Net Sales, Gross Profit, and aggressively expand market share across all channels (GT, MT, B2B, E-commerce).
- Cultivate and strengthen strategic alliances with key distributors, local retailers, and partners.
2οΈβ£ Excellent Sales Operations (30%):
- Streamline cross-functional workflows (SOPs) across Sales, Logistics, Trade Marketing, and Admin.
- Design and implement competitive commercial policies, distributor margins, and local trade activations.
- Oversee supply chain efficiency, inventory days optimization, and localized demand forecasting.
3οΈβ£ Financial Governance & Compliance (20%):
- Manage branch OPEX, optimize cash flow, and ensure strict P&L accountability.
- Oversee local accounting and financial reporting, ensuring 100% alignment with IMV corporate standards and Cambodian tax regulations.
- Mitigate credit risks and manage accounts receivable (AR).
4οΈβ£ People & Culture Development (10%):
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing localized team.
- Establish strong succession planning for key management roles within the branch.
