Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
Monitor employee records and HR documentation for compliance accuracy.
Develop, review, and update HR policies and internal regulations.
Support audits and inspections related to labor compliance.
Handle employee relations issues in accordance with legal requirements.
Investigate HR compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with management to ensure proper implementation of HR standards.
Prepare compliance reports for management review.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years experience in HR or compliance-related roles.
Good knowledge of labor law and HR regulations.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and report writing skills.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good in Microsoft Office.
