Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Issue accurate invoices and supporting documents for sales transactions in a timely manner.
● Receive, record, and reconcile cash and other payments according to company procedures.
● Maintain organized billing files, receipts, and transaction records for audit and review.
● Coordinate with sales, accounting, and warehouse teams to resolve invoice or payment issues.
● Provide courteous service to customers and internal teams while handling billing inquiries.
● Assist with daily closing, basic reports, and other finance-related tasks as assigned.

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior cashier or invoicing experience is an advantage.
● Good understanding of basic accounting, billing, and cash handling procedures.
● Strong attention to detail with good accuracy in data entry and document handling.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email communication.
● Honest, responsible, and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
● Good communication skills in Khmer; basic English is a plus.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon, and follow company policies.
