Key Responsibilities

● Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for customer engagement.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 3-5 year experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign leadership.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and performance tracking.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and work effectively under deadlines.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve marketing results.
● Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in banking, insurance, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.
