Coordinate and monitor OBC shipments from pickup to final delivery.
Track flights, shipment status, customs clearance, and delivery progress.
Prepare and check shipment documents and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with customers, airlines, couriers, agents, and internal teams.
Handle urgent shipments, delays, and operational issues.
Provide timely shipment updates to customers and management.
Prepare daily/weekly OBC reports and maintain proper records.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and logistics procedures.

Male/Female

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or air cargo is preferred.
Good understanding of shipment and logistics processes.
Good command of English and Khmer.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work flexible hours when required for urgent OBC shipments.
