Job Summary
Procurement Executive for Acteus (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. in Phnom Penh, Mean Chey. Support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement for trading and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase requests, quotations, and order processing.
● Source suppliers, compare offers, and support cost-effective buying decisions aligned with company needs.
● Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, accurate specifications, and resolved issues.
● Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier files with accuracy and confidentiality.
● Coordinate with internal teams on stock levels, requirements, and purchase priorities.
● Assist in evaluating supplier performance and supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship or basic procurement experience is an advantage.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
● Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Office.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
● Able to work effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
● Basic understanding of procurement, inventory, or supply chain processes.
● Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
