The Sales Manager is responsible for driving project-based sales, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to meet business targets. This role involves handling tenders, contracts, and negotiations while identifying new opportunities in the market.
•Identify and engage new clients, understand project requirements, and propose solutions aligned with company capabilities.•Lead negotiations, prepare tenders and contracts, and ensure timely closure of sales processes.•Manage client accounts, follow up on project bids, and update the sales pipeline with weekly progress and lost quote reports.•Collect and analyze customer feedback and competitor information to refine sales strategy and service delivery.
•Train, support, and guide the sales team to meet individual and team targets while strengthening client relationships.

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.•Minimum 5 years of experience in project-based sales, preferably in the construction or steel structure industry.•Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a business-driven mindset.
