◉ Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Purchasing Officer to manage supplier communication, purchase orders, shipment receiving, and delivery coordination. This role supports smooth supply flow and daily operations while working closely with internal teams and overseas suppliers.

◉ Responsibilities:

■ Communicate with local and overseas suppliers and forwarders regarding price, availability, and delivery schedules

■  Prepare and follow up purchase orders (PO) according to company procedures

■ Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely delivery

■ Receive shipments and check items against purchase orders (quantity, condition, and basic quality)

■ Monitor supply risks and report issues early to prevent stock shortages

■  Support sourcing of alternative suppliers when needed

■ Submit purchasing and supply status reports

■ Assist in improving purchasing workflows and documentation

◉ Qualifications:

■ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

■ 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or operations (preferred)

■ Vietnamese or Chinese language skill is preferred

■ Basic knowledge of purchasing, logistics, and receiving processes

■ Proficient in MS Excel and documentation handling

■ Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

■ Comfortable using system tools, Excel, Telegram, and AI
