Managing QS works in multiple projects
Managing vendor database for various trades
Managing project scope and cost break down structure
Assist in reviewing the contract terms
Managing the contractor’s payment claims in compliance with company policy
Justify and certify the Variation Order submitted by vendors.
Collaborate cross trade and cross department related to its roles.
Prepare and issue a reliable report to line manager, following the Document Management System.
Prepare own internal procedure, workflow, and KPI.
Compliance to internal audit, policies.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

10 years’ experience in construction and real estate development.
5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor, background in Contract Administration is preferrable.
2 years’ experience in high-rise building, and real estate development.
Proof of knowledge in structural and architectural works, MEP is a plus.
Proof of experience managing vendors’ proposal and quotation, comparison, and manage the scope of work before awarding.
Proof of knowledge in tendering process, knowledge in ISO 10845 series is preferrable.
Proof of knowledge in managing and certify the progress claims.
Proof of experience and knowledge in quality management, ISO 9001 is preferrable.
Proof of experience in project closeout.
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel formation.
Fluent in Google Office Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slide
Fluent in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit is a plus.
Fluent in English.
