• Contribute to the branch’s overall sales performance, profitability, and business growth.• Identify business opportunities across retail, high-net-worth, and institutional clients, including referring potential opportunities to management.• Promote and market the Bank’s full range of products and services, including loans, deposit products, bank cards, fee-based services, and electronic banking channels.• Achieve assigned sales targets, including loans and deposit growth.• Expand the client base through networking, referrals, consistent follow-ups, and cold calling.• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints related to the Bank’s products and services, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.• Assist customers with applications and provide appropriate solutions based on their needs.• Collect and prepare all required customer documentation and information for product applications (including loans and deposits), ensuring timely deal closure in compliance with Bank policies and regulations.• Prepare simplified credit assessments (CA) and related documentation to support efficient loan processing and turnaround time.• Monitor personal sales performance and prepare individual performance reports.• Participate in business development initiatives, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
